Returns & Exchanges
HUF Worldwide offers returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
